Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service.

• Credit card to book

  If the session is terminated due to the customer’s inappropriate behavior, the customer is responsible for payment in full and his/her credit card will be processed.

• Arriving late shortens the visitIf late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened to keep on schedule and the original service time may be charged.

  If you provide less than 24 hour notice or are a “No-Call, No-Show,” you will be responsible for a fee of $20.00.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  You will be asked to complete an intake questionnaire prior to each appointment to obtain updates on your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.

Health and safety

• Reschedule if you are unwell

  If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment.

• Mask required

  Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building and during your massage.
