“Stay by your phone! After hearing great things about this practice from existing clients, I joined the waitlist in January 2025. The receptionist was kind and explained that completing the intake forms quickly could help prioritize future openings, which I did the same day. Nearly a year later, in January 2026, I finally received a call offering an appointment. I was at work (I’m a healthcare worker myself) and was told it was fine to check my schedule and call back to confirm. Less than two hours later, I received a voicemail saying I had only five minutes to return the call before the spot would be given away — which happened while I was still working. I understand how overwhelmed the healthcare system is, but after waiting almost a year and following all instructions promptly, it was extremely disappointing to lose the opportunity due to such a rigid and unrealistic confirmation window during business hours. The initial experience was positive, but the follow-up process was frustrating.”
