“Please take advantage of his 10-minute complimentary phone call to ask any questions he might not want to answer during your initial appointment and don't pay for your appointment before you go in. You may want to cut it short and prorate his fee. As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Dan Cooper was derisive, deflective, combative, and provocative. He used these tactics to avoid answering my question about the cost of tests he would recommend and to ensure he continued to feel like the smartest person in the room. We could have saved time if he had shown me the professional courtesy of reading my intake form before the appointment.
