“I understand that it’s my responsibility to attend my appointment and pay a no-show fee if I don’t. However, it would be appreciated if she made an effort to call her clients to confirm whether they’re coming, rather than waiting for an hour and charging the full amount. Since I live just three minutes away, I could have made it to the appointment if she had reached out. Additionally, not returning a client’s phone call comes across as unprofessional and discourteous.”Read moreShow less
