“I first met Stephanie last July (2025) when I threw out my back. I was bent like an L and in pain. After the first session I could walk further without the pain. After the second session I could walk a little bit standing upright. By the end of the third session my back was 75% better. As someone with serious back issues let me tell you finding Stephanie has changed my life!!!! A week ago I threw my back out again. I was on my couch it hurt to move. I forced myself to get up and go see Stephanie. After one session I was walking almost upright with half of the pain. I am looking forward to more sessions in the future.”

“I booked a massage with Tony the day after my soccer match because my legs were really sore. Tony gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other RMT massage therapists before, but this was definitely one of the best deep tissue treatments I’ve experienced. Tony knew exactly where the pressure points were and used unique massage techniques on my calves, hamstrings, and quads. He also applied the perfect amount of pressure .strong enough to relieve tension, while still being comfortable and relaxing. Also editing my comment: 2 hours after the massage, my soreness had reduced dramatically, and my legs felt so much better.”

“I recently had a massage here and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I understand that every massage therapist has a different method, but the approach used didn’t seem to address my sore areas effectively at all. I experienced pain and discomfort during the session, and afterward I even noticed large bruising on my back from some of the techniques used. I left the appointment still feeling quite tense and not as relieved as I had hoped. While this may simply have been a mismatch in technique for me personally, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular location.”
