Booking and fees

  • Advance notice to cancel1 day

    For individual services in our office, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule via phone or email:

  • Credit card to book

    To hold your reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • Fee for cancelling late

    Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Fee for a missed appointment

    If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service.

  • Payment before the visit

    To make booking easier, you can now schedule and prepay for an appointment directly on this page.
