“I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. I know that there are less expensive options available but when it comes to the quality of the professional advice and warranty on their eyewear. It is priceless... as just 2x examples; I had my routine annual eye check - well it had actually been a couple of years... Dr. Coe notice a slight retina tear and within 48hrs I was having laser surgery at the eye clinic to repair the tear... As another, the frame on my reading glasses broke. I brought them in to be replaced and they were covered by warranty - no cost and an immediate repair. So in my humble opinion, if you want to be serviced by folks who actually like what they do, are actually trained in fitting frames and are invested in the quality of your service ... then give Crystal Vision & Better Hearing a visit.”Read moreShow less

“every staff member goes out of their way to serve you wholeheartedly from the time you walk in to when you leave , you are treated with absolute respect and kindness.All staff are to be commended . i just happen to have Brodie more often and i have found him to be very helpful in locating frames and cut an affordable deal. “Incredible service from Bonnie at Crystal Vision and Hearing this morning. My glasses had sort of disintegrated with one lens falling out completely. Just 5 minutes after walking in I was walking out wearing my re-assembled glasses with everything tightened up securely. I wanted to pay for Bonnie's time but she insisted they didn't charge for such a simple quick repair. It seems that excellent customer service hasn't died off completely after all.
