“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Abbotsford Crystal Vision team in deciding on my new glasses. I’ve made a few visits to the store now and have decided on my new sunglasses and regular glasses. I’m grateful for the help I received from Kim, Jamie, & Mel. I would absolutely recommend Crystal Vision! My friend Aryn and I have both enjoyed our time with the team at the Abbotsford location. I’ll definitely be back again.”

“I had an amazing experience with my dry eyes treatment! After the 4th session I saw a huge difference in the before and after pictures and my eyes felt less dry, tired, and felt more moisturized! I highly recommend getting this treatment done especially if you’re a frequent eye contact wearer. The staff was amazing and very welcoming/caring. Melody was amazing with providing the dry eyes treatment, it truly felt like I was in a spa! Find no other place because Crystal Vision has it all!”

“I went in for an eye exam and the staff were all delightful. Kimberly helped check me in and find glasses that I really like, I'm super grateful for that. Both her and Dr. Murdoch Coe we're nice and patient with me and my anxiety over the process. Couldn't recommend them enough!”

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how much she explained about dry eye and the treatment options—it was incredibly helpful. Jamie also helped me pick out my new glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was patient, offered great advice, and helped me find a pair that I love. “Wow! I can’t even describe how amazing my experience was. I came in for new glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. Three wonderful ladies helped me out, Taetem, Mel and Freya! They were so upbeat and positive the entire and made every minute feel special. They were extremely attentive and made me feel like a part of the family!! I hope these woman get a raise because they truly make the environment so encouraging and welcoming. I will be switching to Crystal Vision Sumas location specifically because these ladies made me feel so confident and were honest with me about how styles of frames looked on me. I highly recommend heading over to Crystal vision, even if not to buy anything, but just for Freya, Mel and Taetem!!!! Amazing service, even better staff!”

“I was in need of a hearing test. After some very friendly telephone service from Freya it was with ease I made an apt for just a few days later. When I arrived I was felt comfortable and was treated with kindness and respect. My apt and time in the office was on minimal. Charles was lovely and to the point. “I came in looking for a pair of glasses, and the very nice girl working there named Taetem helped me pick one of the best pairs of glasses I’ve ever owned in my life. Her customer service was amazing along with the other staff. Since then Taetem has helped me pick out 2 sweet pairs of Oakley’s sunglasses that I wear everyday. Taetem makes shopping for glasses easy and enjoyable. The store it’s self though small has a wide range of glasses at great prices I wouldn’t recommend anyone else over them.”

“Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Riya made my eye exam fast and enjoyable. She even helped me try on a million glasses until I found the ones I loved. Melissa absolutely made my day. She made the exam and glasses fit in my budget and called me the next day saying they were ready for pick up! The optometrist was very easy going, thorough and funny. The store itself is clean and well maintained. Big thank you to the staff at Crystal Vision Abby”
