Love it here!! You are greeted with friendly receptionists, as well as the staff. Jamie Easter is extremely knowledgeable and always help with sports injuries. The other Jamie is also very good. Best Physiotherapists in town

i had been suffering from back pain for over 5 years and after working with Kerrie for a few sessions I feel better than ever! She did a GREAT job listening and pinpointing what I needed to heal.

I saw Clara for the second half of my pregnancy to deal with some hip, low back and pelvic discomfort and could not recommend her more! She recommended exercises and treatment, and I noticed a major improvement following her suggestions. The admin staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Definitely recommend Clara & Cross Works. Thanks!

Jamie Easter is fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest! I had an ankle surgery five months ago. I was going to another physio therapist in Sarnia and getting absolutely NO results in the way of improvement. My surgeon, (from London) did next to nothing to advise me on how to improve my condition. So, I booked an appointment with Jamie at "Crossworks." Very quickly, Jamie was able to source the problem for my continued issues. Through a deliberate and informed evaluation, Jamie was able to determine that I had a partially torn Achilles tendon. She explained EXACTLY what steps needed to be done to address this concern. I was in an aircast the following day. Jamie even took the time after our session to send me an email explaining who I needed to see at the ER and detailed out all her findings. I am far from back to regular activities, a long way to go, but had I not switched to Jamie, who knows how much further damage I could have done to my Achilles Tendon. I will be working through this with Jamie, and I recommend you do the same if you are in need of a physio therapist.

Reves is fantastic! I was having extreme nerve pain in my shoulders along with cording after breast cancer treatment and it is almost resolved thanks to her help, absolutely amazing! The admin staff is also wonderful - friendly and efficient! To anyone considering physio after surgery, chemo and radiation, do it! You will be so glad you did.

A few weeks, I’ve completed a 6 weeks session of the GLA-D program at Cross Works Physio for a sore hip. This place is the real deal: the staff is so friendly and eager to help, very kind and pleasant. Ryan you’re so kind and patient with all of your clients, i was most impressed . By the way I can walk 20 min + and no sore hip. Thank you for your professionalism , knowledge and kindness . I so appreciate you. I also want to acknowledge how kind and wonderful Allison and Taylor were. Always service with a smile. I was impressed how they make an effort to learn your name and remembering it the second time they meet you. They made me feel welcome and special. Highly recommend the place. Marielle B

I am a huge fan of Cross Works and I always look forward to my weekly appointments. I see both Jenny and Ryan, and both physios are fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. What I like most about Cross Works is the patient experience. At Cross Works, you are not just a number - your visit is not just a quick in and out. The physios take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle. They treat you for the FULL half hour (this is unheard of at most physios!) I also love how Cross Works encourages an active lifestyle - you are not just given a stretch and told to rest - you are given exercises to help strengthen your body and get you back to where you want to be. I could not recommend more!

I had physio a few years ago, at another business in town - and was frustrated with the lack of progress and seemingly endless appointments without any effective solutions. I eventually ended it, and got alternative treatments which solved my issue. With a recent shoulder issue I thought I'd try it again - and I had the fortunate privilege of being treated by Jenna Veens over the course of a few months. Jenna was intuitive, talented, sensitive and witty. She treated me with professional care. I saw continued progress and even she suggested I skip weeks because of my progress. My issue with my shoulder is now completely healed, and I couldn't be happier with Jenna and Cross Works. Highly recommended. Ask for Jenna.

There is a terrific team at Cross Works. I have been working with Jenny since the day my cast was removed two months ago. She has provided fantastic care, addressed all of my concerns, created home exercise plans and, most importantly, given me the encouragement to keep going even on the tough days. I am confident my return to work will be successful thanks to her hard work and dedication to my needs. I would highly recommend this facility.
