Jason (Physio) and Edris (RMT) are my go to team. Whenever I need maintenance on my muscles or worse yet sometimes looked after from injuries due to the number of sports I do; I trust them to help me recover. They put in great care and consideration to help me get back stronger to minimize the chances of it happening again.

Dawn has been wonderful to work with, I’ve been seeing her for at least three years. She is attentive, professional, and truly takes the time to understand your needs. Whenever I come in with areas of pain or discomfort, she doesn’t just treat the surface; she carefully assesses and identifies the root cause of the issue. What sets Dawn apart is her deep knowledge of the body, not just muscles, but also tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue, and how everything works together. Rather than simply focusing on the sore spot, she takes a more holistic and clinical approach, addressing the underlying problem to help restore proper function and movement. Her treatments are thoughtful, precise, and effective. I really appreciate her professionalism and expertise, it feels like working with an RMT who has a strong understanding of anatomy and how the body functions as a whole. Highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking for effective and knowledgeable care.

I've been coming here for more than 3 years to see Winnie and she is absolutely amazing. She's attentive and works with me to help me with both recovery from various injuries and muscle strains as well as helping me with injury prevention so I could continue to train in martial arts and minimize the amount of time I had to take away from training due to being injured. She also works with me to help rebuild muscle strength after the initial recovery process so I'm able to train safely and minimize the risk of re-aggravating an injury, as well as including exercises in my exercise program that help me rebuild muscles specific to movements I need to do for martial arts that are outside of day to day movements. Even though Winnie is not familiar with martial arts and the type of training I do she takes the time to understand the movements and positions that I need to be in and creates a tailored program for me. Her friendly but professional attitude makes her fantastic to work with and I will definitely be coming to Winnie and Cross Roads for all my future physiotherapy needs.

Jason is awesome, as is the staff at crossroads physio and massage therapy! Jason does excellent dry needling and follows up with massage and it makes a world of difference. Very skilled at what he does, thanks Jason!

Edris has been my massage therapist for over 5 years now, which in itself testifies to his level of his professionalism! He always asks about how you feel before and after the massage, which helps him adjust the therapy depending on how your body responds. But as a customer I can truly say that he really cares! Edris is a highly recommended RMT and it never even crossed my mind to look for a different one.

Winnie has been fantastic! She’s very realistic with excellent communication skills and knowledge in helping me deal with my particular issues. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s fun, sees the development and evolves as things progress. I have been so lucky to have her guide me through the process! Thankyou!!
