“Giving a two star because at least the ladies working in the eyeglass section are always friendly and helpful. Aside from that, awful customer service. Go to Cranbrook if you can, at least you won’t be treated like an inconvenience.”

“Do not recommend. After spending close to $1000. For new lenses only they have to be replaced, my bifocal line is wrong! Please train your employees! I am on a pension and can't afford costly mistakes. Will never be back.”

“This was the worst experience I've ever had at an optometry clinic. The staff member doing the pre-testing was completely clueless and had a total lack of knowledge and skill with the equipment. I was left with severe dizziness, vertigo, and increased light sensitivity for a week, necessitating an additional visit to a vision therapist out of town. My actual eye exam was ok, but then the dr asked what prescription I wanted. The front end staff was very unprofessional, and even was caught gossiping about us as soon as we stepped away to look at glasses. My partner had a similarly awful experience, and needed to be picked up after his appointment due to light sensitivity and dizziness (a first for him). He heard an elderly woman come in and complain of eye pain WEEKS after her appointment here. Then we got home and noticed our billing had another patient's name and information on it. There was not a single thing done right here. Our family will not be returning, and I highly suggest the staff does additional training on basic skills and professionalism. I am completely appalled and suggest you go elsewhere for eye care.”

“Horrible customer service. My Mom recently went and the exam wasn’t done properly so she didn’t receive the proper prescription. The day she received her glasses she said she couldn’t see, but they told her to wait and see. It took several visits and they didn’t offer to fix the problem but finally at least refunded her money. I recommend going out of town. Not worth the hassle”

“In 60 years of wearing glasses I’ve never been charged a cent for a quick frame adjustment. This place wants $20 unless you bought the frames there! $20 for about 2 minutes of work?? Very poor policy in my opinion.”

“While we were visiting Creston, my wife's glasses inadvertently ended up under foot which caused them to bend out of shape. Not wanting to break them, we took them to Creston Optometric Eye Centre and they fixed the glasses for a small fee. The service was friendly and professional and our experience was very positive.”

“I am blown away by the staff and service at Creston Optometric Eye Care. After suffering with headaches and vision issue while working at my computer I decided to come in and get an eye exam. They were able to find me a prescription that works and showed me the utmost kindness and were through from the very start. I have to say, the cherry on top was when I visited the eyeglasses area. I was helped by Jackie R. And let me tell you, she is an asset to that buiness. She was not only helpful, she showed a genuine care and compassion for my situation. She took the time to listen to my needs, assisted me in picking out glasses and even spent the time explaining all the different styles (progressive, transitions etc.). I dont think the experience could have been any better and I thank them very much for helping me feel good from start to finish.”
