“Very friendly service, they accommodate me and my needs and the services were more gentle and overall greater than previous dentists I've had. I have a dental phobia and felt more at ease than ever before.”

“My husband and I have been going to this location to have our teeth cleaned for over 14 years. This visit we were “educated on numerous occasions like we were children about the importance of X-rays and flossing. Look…. We’re in our 50’s and 40’s, this is NOT the first time we’ve been to a dentist. We are well aware of how things work and why they suggest this. Secondly, we were then told by the desk clerk that we are no longer welcome here until we accept an X-ray. We do not have to explain our reasoning for not getting X-rays and we were gladly happy to sign a waiver stating this dentist and the location is not liable if anything happens. We just asked to have our teeth cleaned. We are extremely disappointed in this location and its staff. Such a money grab”Read moreShow less

“Discrimination is sickening. I am in pain but I am disabled. I even offered to pay in cash for the appointment. Nope we dont want your kind here! Wow! Sickening”

“Today I had a visit with a new hygienist for a cleaning. She was fantastic! Gentle, kind, quiet, caring, and well versed in everything related to my teeth and gums. She asked all the right questions and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend Crescent Oak Dental!”Read moreShow less

“Since I moved to Kitchener in 2017 I've come here for all my dentistry needs. Yesterday I came in for a cleaning and checkup. The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. I was about 3 minutes late. After sitting for about a minute, I was led by a very friendly hygienist to a comfortable dentist chair. While cleaning, taking Xrays, and examining my teeth, he explained what he was doing in detail. A cavity was discovered! Ugh! Dr Patel came in and examined it, explaining that I have to book another appointment for the filling. On the way out I paid my bill for what they did. I have no insurance coverage so I paid the very reasonable bill out of pocket. I got booked for the filling today! Just like yesterday, everyone was very friendly. Dr Patel drilled and filled the cavity, explaining every step of the procedure. She is an expert with the needle! I barely felt it! Well, you know...I almost barely felt it! She is an excellent dentist! I again paid a very fair bill, and I was on my way! I highly recommend Crescent Oak Dental!”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years mainly for myself but also with my family. Nothing but amazing experiences. The staff no matter who, is extremely friendly.”

“Had two teeth pulled, 3 fillings, and 2 hygienic appointments. As always, good times. But seriously friendly staff and helpful advice. Reminds me of a formula one pit crew for teeth. If you have a dentist fobia come to this place.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Crescent Oak Dental. I went in for two fillings, but without informing me or asking for my consent, they also applied a sealant and charged me for it. At no point did they explain the procedure, the cost, or whether my insurance would cover it. I only found out after the treatment when they directly charged me. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unprofessional, and I did not expect this kind of behavior from a dental clinic. Patients deserve clear information and the right to decide before being billed for additional treatments.”Read moreShow less
