I’m so grateful for the amazing staff and stellar service at Crescent Heights Dental Clinic. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, and every visit has been smooth - exceeding my expectations. Katryna is my gal for regular dental cleanings. She is extremely meticulous with her use of the Cavitron and hand scaling technique. I am very picky about how my teeth are cleaned, and she ensures that they are squeaky clean every time, including special attention to my back molars. I always appreciate her helpful tips to improve my oral care routine. Dr. Charles Leung is a fantastic dentist. The first time he did a full oral exam, he took his time to explain what he was looking for. I’ve been to many dentists, and he had the most comprehensive method I’ve experienced (including tongue health). During another visit, I was having an issue with a filling from a different dentist, and Dr. Leung quickly figured out the issue and smoothed it out. I recall a pleasant interaction with Esmeralda when I had my x-rays. Teresa, Kiva, Almandeep, Christina, and all the receptionists are always super friendly. Always a joy to visit this place!

I can’t put into words how comforting and amazing the staffs are. I was very afraid when I came in for a filler for the first time. I thought it was going to hurt, but it did not! One of the girls held my hand throughout and comforted me as they did the procedure. They explain everything very professionally, making sure that the patient understands. They are very efficient and quick here as well, they do not waste time. Overall, the best dental clinic I have ever been!

This is a great dental clinic. The staff are very friendly, professional and kind. I've recently had a lot of work done and there was very little pain compared to other clinics I've been to. If you go for a check up and cleaning as a new client they go e you an oralb electric toothbrush as well! I'll continue going to this clinic even though I'm moving out of the area.

5 stars for my recent visit with Dr.Paladino. I am travelling from the other end of the city to see her and it’s worth every km. She has great bedside manners, gentle hands, attention to detail and knowledgeable, and is willing to listen. This is for the managers of the Crescent Heights Dental Clinic. Please list Dr.Paladino’s name on the dental clinic front door alongside the other dentists. Dr.Paladino told me she has been practicing at Crescent Heights for almost 8 years. You’d think by now her name would be listed on the front door alongside the other dentists.

Christina was always helpful in accommodating and setting up the appointment. Dr. Newbert provides excellent care with lots of explanations to make me and my wife feel comfortable. Karen always gives us great dental care. The whole office is very pleasant. We have come here for more than 10 years and will always come here or our dental needs.

I recently switched to this dental clinic after going to my previous one for many years, and I’m so glad I made the change. Every staff member was incredibly kind. From Christina at the front desk, to Katryna my dental hygienist, Esmeralda the dental assistant, and Dr. Braganza. The whole team made the experience feel so seamless from start to finish. They did a very thorough job and felt trusted in their hands. As a bonus, I got to take home a new electric toothbrush!

I recently visited Crescent Heights Dental Clinic as a new patient for an exam and several X-rays. While the receptionist and dentist both apologized for running about 15 minutes behind schedule, the interaction with the dental assistant was very disappointing. After waiting approximately 15 minutes in the waiting area (after completing my paperwork), the assistant claimed they had been waiting for me to finish my forms, which was simply not accurate. When I politely clarified that I had already finished the paperwork and had been waiting, the assistant became argumentative instead of acknowledging the delay. What made the situation worse was that this conversation happened in front of the dentist, who had already apologized for the wait. I eventually had to ask the dentist if another assistant could be present for the appointment because the interaction had become uncomfortable. Although the dentist accommodated that request and apologized, I was later asked if I would be open to another appointment with the same argumentative assistant at my next visit. As a patient, that felt inappropriate. Patients should not be put in a position where they have to negotiate or overlook unprofessional behavior from staff. Delays happen in healthcare offices and most people understand that. However, arguing with a patient about whether they were late or not is not professional, and it created a poor first impression. I hope the clinic addresses this internally so future patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they expect when seeking dental care.

I have been going to this clinic for many years. I have found them to be friendly and professional on a consistent basis. The staff is generally long term which I really appreciate in these days. I have been with Dr. Chow and assistant Jessica lately and I am pleased with their hard work and efforts when repairing my teeth. My fillings have been keeping intact nicely for years . I am 58 years old and healthy .I am optimistic that my teeth, crowns and root canals will endure for my difficult senior years as I feel that their work is of good quality. The hygenists are polite and caring I have seen Natalie and Aileen in the past and I have only good things to say about them. Thanks to all the staff.
