“I want to sincerely appreciate my physiotherapist Zeny at Creekwood Physiotherapy for the amazing care and support she provided during my recovery journey. Zeny is very approachable, kind-hearted, and friendly. From the beginning, she took time to understand my foot injury and guided me with clear strategies and exercises that were easy to follow and very effective. Her positive attitude and professional approach made a big difference in my recovery. When I first started, I was barely able to walk due to my foot injury, but with her consistent guidance and treatment plan, my condition improved significantly. I would say my recovery has improved from almost 0% mobility to more than halfway recovered. Now I am able to walk for 40–45 minutes with much less pain, which is a huge improvement for me. She also helped improve my gait and walking pattern through targeted exercises and corrections, which I can clearly feel in my daily movement. Although I have now been transferred to a WCB treatment centre, I truly want to acknowledge that in terms of community physiotherapy, Zeny is one of the best and most supportive physiotherapists I have ever met. “After giving birth, I had issues with an overly tight pelvic floor and felt quite uncomfortable. Zeny was a huge help—she’s patient, knowledgeable, and really listens. With her guidance, I learned how to properly relax my muscles, and I’ve seen a big improvement. I feel much more comfortable now. “Dr. Braich and his team are phenomenal! When I first started seeing him a couple years ago I was in extreme lower back pain. He listened to my concerns and with time, patience and sharing his knowledge, I was able to get back to rollerblading. The front office staff are always greeting me with a smile.
