“I went here today for the first time along with my mother and we had our eyes tested. The optometrist (Dr. Bernard) was very efficient, thorough and professional, and the office had excellent testing equipment. This is one of the best optometrists that I have had. The dispensary area is beautiful and there is a wide selection of glasses. The staff are helpful and courteous. I felt as if I was at home. “With a grateful heart and tears of happiness I approach my pen at this time. Cranbrook Vision Care has transformed my life in a most exquisite performance of professionalism, kindness, and care. It all started with a bright smile and an understanding verse from the nice lady at the front desk who didn’t seem to be fazed at all by the fact that I didn’t know which way was up but instead took me in like her own, set me up with a comfortable chair and welcomed me to the family. In short order I was then invited to a room where several instruments were pulled out and used to shine into the very center part of my eye in a way that indeed caused a fellow to blink and blush and feel very well taken care of. I didn’t think my eyes were that cute but they displayed so much interest and took enough pictures that it not only made me believe I have something in there spectacular but also gave me an extreme boost with personal confidence and esteem. No longer will I have to hide my eyes in public as I now know that even the Optometrists are not only interested in but are excited about the well being of my seeing devices. The way they performed was nothing short of a miracle. Dr. Bernard was kind, inviting, and super knowledgeable. It was like reuniting with an old friend though I had never seen the “Prince of a Man” before in my life. After bonding in his amazing area filled with exciting instruments and bright lights I felt like a celebrity and though I left teary eyed and with enlarged pupils due to a wondrous hit of his powerful eye drops and instructions to not drive for a few I felt like the road rashed boy who had just been fixed up by a mother’s hug, a cookie, and a popsicle. We indeed met as strangers and left as brothers for who but a brother could be as dedicated to excellence as he was? …but that was not all…Dr. Bernard, in his overly polite way, handed me off to the warm, charming, understanding, inviting, caring, wonderful gal who took me on a whirlwind of an adventure picking out frames and fine tuning lenses to make me feel like an absolute king. She indeed treated me like royalty and when “buddy” showed up to voice his opinion on which glasses to pick she offered the same care to him even though his ideas may have been an easy “No!” …in an attempt to summarize a long and wonderful experience let me just say that whether you need your vision fine tuned or not I’d recommend stopping by for some entertainment and life encouragement. Every person I met from that place had the same values and vision. Inspirational would sum it all up if I could only choose one word. Even the finale was executed with a firework and an applause. Life is much, much better with them in my life! I will now be able to vividly identify all objects I may encounter with the crisp clarity that only Cranbrook Vision Care can create. My advice to all readers is to not hesitate to book an appointment and to enjoy every minute of it, from the entrance to the swipe of the card and the “Goodbye” everything was spot on.
