“Absolutely terrible. It shouldn't even be called a phsiotherapy centre. Stay away for the good of your health. There used to be someone there who was very helpful but he retired several years ago. Read other reviews if you aren’t convinced.”

“What a farce, a good gig with OHIP, bill and give nothing. No wonder our healthcare is in the mess it’s in. Paying out our tax dollars and not have to be accountable. These people should be shut down.”

“Waste of time. 7 visits, supposed to be 8. Interferential current therapy for the first 15 minutes each visit did nothing at all. Greg did a treatment for 3 minutes, then a demo of a new stretch. Total treatment time , 19 minutes, 15 of which was a machine. Not friendly, no demonstration of any knowledge, got more from the internet. No better after the sessions (7 × 19 minutes= just over 2 hours of physio over 7 weeks) than before. Greg, the 'therapist' who clearly doesn't care or want to be working there, said that contiuing the exercises for a couple of YEARS will improve things. Not likely. Don't go there, don't waste your money, tell your doctor not to recommend. They clearly don't care.”Read moreShow less

“Thank you. From the moment I called and spoke to the receptionist, Elaine, I knew I was in good hands. The staff assisted me with my paperwork to ensure my loved one was covered by OHIP for the first 8 sessions. The staff understand and treat Caregiver with respect. The sessions were on time and meaningful. There was a noticeable improvement with the level of service given. I highly recommend Greg and his staff. You are in good hands. Thank you for all your assistance and support with my loved one’s care. The location is easy to access with free parking available. The clinic is clean and professional. “This place is terrible. All the doors are manual which makes it difficult for anyone to go in and out of after surgery. I went in for a scheduled appointment, I was there 7 minutes early. The lady at the front desk asked me to leave do they could finish their lunch. I went back outside in the cold weather and decided to sit in my car. Getting in and out of my car was not easy. “Do yourself and your loved family members a favor and Do Not Let Them to hurt your body and waste your money . Never recommend this place to anyone . “Nice clean facility. Place is normally pretty busy, but they are always on time with their appointments. Would highly recommend for somebody looking for a clinic that tries to get you better, and not just looking to make money”
