“I would like to leave a wonderful review about the dentist’s work. For more than 30 years, I held back my smile, felt embarrassed, and hid my broken tooth. It greatly affected my confidence and how I felt every single day. The doctor Lush did an absolutely amazing job. He gave me back not just a piece of my tooth — he gave me back my smile, my confidence, and the ability to smile sincerely without shame. Now I can smile openly, and it is an incredible feeling. It is impossible to put into words the emotions I felt when I saw the result. This is not just dental work — it is a real change in quality of life. “Haven't been able to eat without pain since having 2 fillings redone at this clinic half a year ago. I was told my old composite fillings needed to be removed, as they had "gaps" in between them. I figured okay, sure, and had them re-filled promptly. 6 weeks post filling I was still experiencing extreme tooth sensitivity and pain to the point of toothaches. Originally I was told this was normal, and that it could take months to dissipate, and that I should buy Sensodyne; which didn't help at all. A couple of weeks later I had one of the fillings re-filled again, this time for free, but now the adjacent tooth is sensitive and causing me problems. I've never had an issue with any prior fillings I've ever had until now. Makes me question if the sensitivity is really just coincidence like the staff here claimed.”Read moreShow less

“After having Dr. Lutz as my dentist for decades, I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with his practice. The administration team out front are friendly and always helpful. The dental hygienists are skilled and concerned with your comfort during your procedures, and of course Dr. Lutz is a consummate professional; he is knowledgeable and skilled while also having the best "chairside" manner- I will miss him when he retires. “I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and was so nervous about going. I read the reviews for Cowan Heights Dental Centre and this helped me make my decision to go there. The staff are very friendly and kind. Dana made me feel so welcome and Dr. Lush and Kate were so nice and didn’t make me uncomfortable at all about my teeth. “I’ve always been really anxious about going to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past, so I was expecting the worst. But my recent visit to Dr. Lush for a filling was such a pleasant surprise. The procedure went smoothly, he was gentle and reassuring. One thing I really appreciate is that he doesn't judge the (sometimes unrealistic) fears — he just offers care, patience, and support. That might seem like a small thing, but for someone with dental anxiety, it made a big difference. “My fear of dentistry has been with me since my teenage years. A negative experience left a lasting mark. I can’t even begin to describe the fear that kept me from seeing a dentist for five days — only unbearable pain finally forced me to go. I arrived at Cowan Heights Dental Centre scared and exhausted. But I was met with smiles, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team for their warmth and understanding.
