Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  24 hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise 50% of appointment fee will be charged.

• Arriving late shortens the visitthe appointment will end at the scheduled time

  If you are late to the appointment you will still be charged for the full appointment time and the appointment will end at the scheduled time.

• Fee for cancelling late

  24 hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise 50% of appointment fee will be charged.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  No show fee is 100% of appointment fee and must be paid before rescheduling (please note that insurance companies will not cover the cancellation fee).

• Payment before the visit

  There is no direct billing so please arrive prepared to pay at the end of the treatment.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  If you are a new client, to make things more efficient and if you are able, please fill out the new client health history form and bring it with you the day of your appointment.

• Not accepting new patients

  Not accepting clients at this time.

  If you are experiencing cold, flu or Covid 19 like symptoms please cancel your appointment and reschedule.

On the day

• Arrive early5 minutes prior to your appointment at the earliest

  This clinic space is run out of home so there is no waiting room or reception, so please only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment at the earliest.
