“Was suffering from shoulder pain for the longest time. I had a few sessions of chiropractic treatment with Dr. Harrison, and a few sessions of acupuncture with Dr. Scott. “Worst experience ever. Very shady and very racist. They cancel your appointment because they can't spell your name. Then they cancel your appointment giving some more excuse after understanding you are Indian. I wish there was any way of putting a legal case on them. The way the lady talk while booking your appointment was so rude. She said do it quickly as she has to leave for her lunch and after her lunch she was not interested to take your booking details properly and cancel it eventually. Highly not recommended unless you are white or don't mind getting discrimination. I have all proofs for my booking and last minute cancelations. So guys stay away”Read moreShow less

“After my first appointment I actually shed a tear or two from the relief I had. My pain was validated, and some one understood how to help me. In less than a week, and 2 sessions I already feel different. Dr. Suzanne Scott was informative, and explained things in a way I could understand. Their practice is clean and quiet, they do direct billing, and it's easy to get an appointment. I am so happy I came here, and regret not coming sooner.”Read moreShow less

“I had my first ever massage here with Andrea and it was excellent. I really enjoyed the room vibes as it was dark and cozy and the bed was really soft. I booked again with a different therapist, but was unhappy because I lost 10 minutes from my total massage time due to her being late, which she said would be added to the next appointment. I wanted to book someone else next time so I wasn't really happy about the whole "next appointment" solution, especially since it wasn't made aware to the receptionist. My insurance doesn't cover 100% either so I was upset about paying a bit from my pocket and not receiving the full session. Anyways, the owner of the clinic, Dr. Harrison, quickly responded to my concerns with understanding and compassion. He provided a resolution that I was happy with and was very transparent in his reply, taking accountability for what had happened. I was really grateful for his intervention because it showed that the clinic really cared about each of its clients. “A Big Thank You to Mark. I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Mark! Every time I come in for a session, I leave with zero neck and shoulder pain. The massage studio is like my little escape from the busy world outside. It's so peaceful and calming, and it feels like a safe place to relax. Mark is like a magician with his hands! He always know exactly what my body needs, whether it's to ease tension or just help me unwind. I love how he use different techniques to ease the back pain. They are not interested in putting you on a routine plan to just make money, they will help you get better with a custom plan and the right care and service that you need. “I have been going to Dr Dale for about 7 years with ongoing back issues. He is quite thorough, always taking the time to understand the problem, then giving not only the adjustment but helpful exercises and tips to manage my pain and issue going forward. I really feel he has gone above and beyond in helping me stay as healthy as possible, and to avoid any surgeries or pain killers for as long as I have. The receptionist is also awesome, always willing to squeeze me in when an emergency situation occurs. And to top it off, they have a great massage team to help with your health maintenance.
