“I was denied the opportunity to see a doctor at 5:40pm because the clinic had stopped accepting walk-ins for the day. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. I have consistently found this clinic to be inefficient and customer-service oriented. Overall, I am very disappointed with the attitude and performance of the staff here.”

“Went to see doctor as walking. Place was empty no rush. They sent me to a lady doctor, seems in a rush . May be rule of thumb is kick-out patient in 2 mts these days per OHIP. Its like a competitive exam . Tell all your symptoms in 30s and prescription given in minute. My voice was hoarse with heavy cough and was weak. No empathy or asking details and checking history. Nothing. Its sad state of medical system. After you pay your taxes through nose and get this service. The rating applies to the clinic for hiring doctors like this and just as money grab entity and at the OHIP system and govt for not addressing basic Mal practices . Thought i will share though i am still in pain”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this medical store. I received an injection in my arm yesterday, and since then the area has been causing severe pain. The injection was administered on Friday around 1:00 PM by a staff member with curly hair and a very sharp tone of voice. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. And look at my arm, this is fourth time i took injection but i never experienced like this and look at my wound, she cleaned my that area just wiped out and injected very roughly and even she didn’t give me bandage or cotton to clean my blood. You can see my arm. In addition, the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which I found highly unprofessional. Patients should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff and the quality of service I received.”

“One of the worst experiences I've had, it completely changed my perspective on medical care. My mom had hand pain, and we visited the clinic. She didn't have a health card, but she had travel insurance, so we paid upfront to see the doctor. The doctor sent us for two ultrasound scans. The clinic said they would only contact us for a follow-up if there was anything alarming; otherwise, we wouldn't be contacted. After the ultrasound, I went to the clinic for the report. They said they were waiting for the second report, but the first report was clear and issued to us. The very next day, I received a call from the clinic stating that the doctor wanted to see us to discuss the report, implying something was alarming. However, upon arriving there, they asked us to pay again and never showed us the report. When we saw the doctor, she said there was nothing to worry about and sent us home. The whole idea here was that the clinic received a $100 fee from us for no reason. Very bad and upsetting.”

“I had one of the worst experiences here in Ontario. The receptionist staff was extremely unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I waited for almost 2 hours with no proper communication or respect for my time. What made it even worse was clearly seeing the receptionist allowing people she personally knew to go ahead first, completely ignoring others who had been waiting patiently. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It shows a lack of basic professionalism and fairness. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“I had very bad experience at this pharmacy clinic. The whole visit was extremely disorganized and time-wasting. I was told a short wait time, but I ended up sitting there for 3 hours with no proper updates or communication. Because of how long everything took, I even ended up losing my planned time and got completely delayed for the rest of my day. Nothing was managed properly, and it felt like patients’ time had no value here. I came in needing help for a health concern, but instead I left feeling frustrated, ignored, and disappointed. This place seriously needs to improve its communication, organization, and respect for patients’ time.”

“Would not recommend Cornerstone Medical Centre on. Mavis to anyone.Went to see a Doctor about pain going down my left leg, saw the doctor. Just keep typing, he had no bedside manner at all. Took a quick look at my leg sent me for an ultrasound that was four days ago, haven't heard back yet supposed to know within 2to4 business days. Tried calling nobody answered. The second phone number I called don't take voice messages. It's been four days since I have had the ultrasound, still waiting, this is a rip off on our healthcare system. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The Doctor's Name is Dr,Khural, Ajay. haven't heard from him either.”

“I have been going to Cornerstone for several months now and each time, Dr. Imran Hamid was very patient and polite. He takes the time to review my medical history and then gives suggestions on what I should do next. I did not feel rushed and he was able to fully answer any questions I had. He is an excellent communicator and I recommend making an appointment with him if possible. Thank you for your service!”

“have been a patient at Cornerstone Medical Center for over 15 years. Dr. Patel and Dr. Stefanofski are exceptional physicians — knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly wonderful doctors. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk staff have been consistently disappointing. I find the receptionists to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My 76-year-old mother, who is elderly and disabled, has been unwell for over a week with what is currently going around and wanted to see Dr. Patel. As we do not own a car, we took an Uber to the clinic to put our names down and wait for his arrival, which is something I did without issue just two weeks ago. Today, however, we were told they would not take her name and that we must wait until Dr. Patel arrives at 2:00 p.m. No explanation was provided as to why her name could not be taken, despite her age and disability. This approach encourages a chaotic rush at 2:00 p.m. rather than managing patients in an organized, first-come, first-served manner. It creates unnecessary frustration for patients, particularly seniors and those with mobility challenges. Meanwhile, the reception staff appeared to have time to chat and laugh rather than assist patients respectfully. I also felt that I was treated unfairly and with bias, which was upsetting and disheartening. This is not an experience I have had here before, and it has significantly impacted my perception of the clinic. For these reasons, I would hesitate to recommend Cornerstone Medical Center despite the excellent care provided by the doctors.”
