“I booked a massage in a month advance the date was set by receptionist. Feb 14, 2026. I hadn’t heard from them with forms so I reached out to them 1 week before said appt The receptionist advised they will send forms and will let me know if “they need to cancel”, which I thought was very odd, who says that. Receptionists called Feb 13 2026 pm said they need my email again. Finally received the forms, I filled out the forms once received on Friday 13 2026 at 5:10 pm with all my personal information involved and sent back immediately .My appt was booked for 11:00 am Feb 14 2026. I had very bad vibes within about this place and appt after not hearing from them during the month waiting .i booked the day off work for this appt Sure enough they call at 10:05 am February 14 2026 and said emergency came up and they have to cancel. I do not believe what they have stated and asked them to disregard all forms sent and I will not be using them in the future . Now if I did that to them they would charge me for cancelling within the hr of my appt time. They should be reimbursing my day of work I had booked off but all they could say is sorry can we book you in next week?!!!!! Very unprofessional establishment and I do not recommend this facility to anyone !!!!! This was for 60 months massage therapy. So if your reading this and know of a reliable professional female massage therapist. Please forward my way :-). SHAME on Core Tuck Physio & Pilates at the corner of Bleams and Stausburg Rd in the lil plaza ! They don’t deserve any stars !”Read moreShow less

“Hi everyone, i just want to share my experience with core tuck. They provide a good service to me. As i am a student and i have a coverage insurance by the institution. I am an old client of core tuck as previous year (had therapy without any cost) and today I took an appointment and meeting there. The receptionist charged me for the therapy and didn’t cover the cost with my insurance card. She didn’t told me about the charger prior to the therapy. Which is not acceptable but i paid them even with a coverage card. This is so disappointing and disrespectful. A very bad experience for me. I will never trust them again.”Read moreShow less
