“Before Core Personal Fitness, I never thought I’d be someone who regularly attended a gym. The Athletic Therapy treatments that first brought me in were excellent for strength training and injury prevention. After being in an MVI, the Kinesiology support has been crucial in my recovery — helping me rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. The brand new equipment is really nice, and the monthly fitness challenges are a fun way to stay motivated and push yourself a little. Riley is an outstanding Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist.
