I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on the upper floor of Manhas health Coquitlam clinic Rehab rehabilitation, May 5 of 2026 I had knee surgery. It was a scary feeling what I’m in for when I went in for surgery and what I expect when I come out it took me a while to figure out where I wanted to go to have this rehab done to get myself back in moving motion then I found this place not far from where I live, going through a terminal of bending my knee and getting back into strength is harder than I ever expected it takes a lot of work to get myself Back into my routine, The staff there are amazing from the receptionist at the front to the specialist in the back. You’re welcome me with open arms and you gave me encouragement to get better so I like to think the following staff members for outgoing support starting with Edmund You gave me encouragement to continue on my journey And get my knee straightened and bent as it full capacity you’re very patient with me and I cannot thank you enough. You are an amazing person and you have a lot of empathy. For the receptionist at the front, all of you can’t name all of you outgoing, kindness, and understanding towards me and every time I walk up the stairs, you always say hello that shows you spirit and shows your kindness and you’re not invisible. Thank you for that. As for Saira You have been my savior. You have been the strength and giving me hope. I know that I’m not gonna see you there anymore as your last day is today. You have a great future. I’ve been through a lot of people in my life and you have the empathy of a God you have the caring as anyone I’ve come across and you care about a lot of people you even care about me I cannot go through all this without your help. This is not goodbye. Hopefully one day we’ll cross paths again with all of you. I’ll come by and visit and say hello. Thank you again to Edmund, Saira For outgoing support for me I love you all thank you

Great staff. My doctor is Dr. Perveen Gill and she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She always takes the time to listen to and give advice. I never feel rushed or judged and feel safe to share all my concerns.

The clinical staff are great; however the admin and clinic operations side has been very disappointing. The phone is rarely answered, and the phone lines close at 4:20pm even though the clinic is open until 5:00pm. Email responses from the MOA are brief and don' fully address questions or offer a callback. Also the online patient portal consistently displays the message, "There are currently no availabilities for online booking," making it impossible to book an appointment online. Unfortunately, the overall experience has become so frustrating and the lack of accessible communication/appointment availability has led me to booking elsewhere.

Dr Manhas used to be a great doctors when they were at Eagleridge clinic but since branching on to their own it's been horrible, they prioritize cosmetic appointments ($$) before medical patients. Been a patient almost 10 years and can say the level of care has gone down drastically, it cannot get any worse. If you call for an appointment you will wait 10-20 minutes on hold for them to either hangup up or transfer you to voicemail saying reception is busy. But times I have been in the clinic there are 5+ receptionists sitting around, laughing, talking about their personal lives while phones are ringing. If they do answer, they are rude, normally confused about the slightest things and short. There online booking system doesn't work and if they are busy with others they may just skip your appointment. If you want basic medical services you will wait 2 or 3 weeks to get in with any random doctor some newly from India. If you are contacting them for cosmetic procedures or buying there private label overpriced products they will get you in no problem. I'm currently looking for a new clinic but the doctor shortage is insane.

The receptionist named Sabby at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful during my visit today. I had an appointment and, due to a medical reason, we were running about 10 minutes late. Out of respect for the clinic and the doctor’s time, I called ahead and spent around 16 minutes on hold trying to notify the clinic that we would be late. Upon arrival, I immediately apologized and explained that I had been trying to reach the clinic to give a heads up. Instead of responding professionally, Sabby replied, “IT DOESN’T CHANGE ANYTHING,” while rolling her eyes at me. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone working in a medical environment where compassion, professionalism, and respect should always be shown to patients. What made this even more upsetting is that I have always been understanding with this clinic during previous scheduling issues. There was one occasion where I waited 45 minutes because my doctor had to leave early so they had to squeeze me in with another doctor, and another time my appointment was cancelled only 4 hours before due to the doctor being sick. Despite these inconveniences, I never complained or showed any disrespect because I understand that unexpected situations happen. This was the very first time I had ever been late to an appointment. The doctors and nurses at this clinic have always been kind, accommodating, and helpful to both me and my husband, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, having a receptionist with this kind of attitude can negatively affect the image of an otherwise wonderful clinic. I hope this concern is addressed appropriately so that other patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I visited Dr. Grace Ni for iron infusion for the first time today. I found out last week my ferritin was low enough I should get an iron infusion. I was able to make a consultation for Monday and Dr. Grace ordered the meds for it which also was dispensed from a pharmacy in the same building. It makes it so easy so it just needed a day for the meds then by Wednesday I was able to get an infusion. During the infusion, she explained the process and what to expect post infusion. She also stayed in the room to make sure I was well. She was so accommodating, compatiionate and attentive that I feel like most medical places lack of these days. I was so grateful I found her and I will keep going back to her. Thank you Dr. Grace❤️ Anyone who is seeking alternative medicine to optimize health by kind caring professional, I highly suggest her!

I went this clinic last week and the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, the front desk girl (who looked like an Indian girl) was very unprofessional, she was spinning in her chair while talking to me. There was no welcome, no greeting, no smile, nothing. Secondly, the doctor who was doing the test came 25 minutes late. I had to wait in the test room for more than 25 minutes, which is unacceptable. I wish there were an option to give zero stars to this clinic. I saw the reviews, and now I know I am not the only one. So sorry for this clinic management and owner!!!

We highly recommend Coquitlam Physio & Health. We have been going to the clinic for over three years now. Jayten, Cole and Edmund are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. They take the time to listen, assess and provide a tailored treatment plan. The clinic environment is very welcoming and positive. We cannot recommend them enough, “The dream team”. 🙌

The Dream Team ⚡️ Jayten Patel (The Architect/Physio) 👨🏽‍⚕️ As the founder and Head Physiotherapist, Jayten is the guy who looks at your "classic" frame and finds exactly which bolts need tightening. With a Master’s from UBC and a CSCS certification, he doesn't just "fix" injuries; he builds you back better, faster, and stronger than the original factory model. Cole (The Mechanic/Kinesiologist) 🏋️ Cole is the master of movement. He takes Jayten’s blueprints and turns them into action, focusing on biomechanics and active rehab. He’s the one making sure every movement is crisp, clean, and most importantly calculated to keep you moving like a well-oiled machine. Omari (The Turbocharger/Coach) ⚡️💪🏼 This is where the high octane energy comes in. Omari provides the "spark" that pushes an experienced athlete past their limits. Whether it’s strength or conditioning, he’s there to ensure that just because you’ve got some "vintage" status, it doesn't mean you aren't the fastest car on the track. The Facility: ELEVATE Sports Performance + Rehab

I’ve been going to Jayten Patel my sports physio and strength coach for a couple years now. As a high level hockey athlete, he’s helped me with all my sports injuries and got me stronger and faster during the off season. 💪🏼🧨🏋️ I’d recommend all youth athletes that are in high level sports to go see him for whatever work you need to improve your performance and game!! Jay is my guy 🤗🤗🤗
