“Dr Janet is a truly gifted healer. I had a frozen shoulder for over a year and was going to other accupuncture clinics for 8 months and no one could really help me beyond it just feeling nice. Another accupuncturist recommended Dr Janet as someone she looked up to as a teacher and she was able to unlock my shoulder in just a few sessions. I still remember the actual moment I knew it was working as the needle was placed right in the spot and I felt it. I’ve been going to her ever since and she works with me on my health goals when I tell her what I’d like to focus on in each session. She’s also very observant and intuitive with my body. I love her needle placement technique and the electricity feels amazing but beyond that it creates actual emotional and physical releases in my body that have done wonders for my health. I find her services reasonably priced and she never rushes her treatments and wants to make sure I get very good value for my money. The results speak for themselves. Thank you Dr Janet.”Read moreShow less

“I went to this lady (selina) hoping my body pain would get better, but it actually became much worse. I ended up with so many additional aches and pains afterward. The only thing she really does during the massage is find pressure points and press on them very hard. Now my body pain has become several times worse. Overall, her massage style is extremely forceful — she mostly uses her elbows and applies intense pressure while dragging them across the body”Read moreShow less

“Please be extremely careful about Dr. Janet Yu. I had a one hour appointment for acupuncture booked at 5 PM. I was sitting in the waiting room until 515 and she called me in late. When I walked in I explained to her what pain I was feeling and how it was my first time doing acupuncture and she told me to lay on my stomach and stuck 28 needles in my back and neck and I was explaining to her how I was in pain and it was super uncomfortable and I needed to adjust my position and she told me to not move. She did not explain the process at all, and was rushing to do everything. She then attached electrical wires to the pins and needles that were in my back and left a tangled bundle of wires on which fell off during the treatment, but she wasn’t in the room to fix it. The wires pulled the pins down and put me in excruciating pain. Once she came in, I told her I wanted the treatment to be done and she asked if I would like to do cupping or massage for the rest of the treatment and I told her massage she massaged me for about two minutes before she said, we should probably do cupping again seemed like she just wanted to avoid doing the work. The treatment was finished at 6 PM so I only got about 40 minutes worth and I paid for one hour. It has now been four days since my treatment and words cannot express how much worse my neck feels. I now have pain in my spine and back and have only gotten worse since the treatment.”Read moreShow less

“About three months ago, I had a herniated disc and sciatica. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sit, sleep, walk, or do anything. After a CT scan, the doctor prescribed surgery for me, and a friend of mine introduced me to Dr. Bo. Now, after 7 sessions, the pain is completely gone, and I'm very grateful to him.”Read moreShow less
