“My daughter has seen Dr Trevor Nelson several times for various sport-related injuries. The most recent visits were due to a concussion. Dr Trevor helped with an initial assessment of symptoms the day after the injury and then saw her weekly to keep track of her progress and recommend appropriate activities and exercises. Dr Trevor's insights were invaluable to understand the process of recovery, to assess the timeline she needed to return to sport safely, and to keep her doing productive activities to support her recovery while also keeping her very aware of how her body was reacting and how she should manage her symptoms and recovery. “This was my first time seeing Dr Atkins. I didn't have specific health concerns, but living in a time where having a family doctor is a challenge (I don't have one as I moved here 3 years ago and am on a waitlist), I wanted some peace of mind. I'm taking a pro-active approach to my health as a 60 year old. Dr. Atkins asked the right questions, got me thinking about a few things diet-wise.
