“I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Karen! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her approach is both compassionate and effective, and I noticed significant improvement after just a few visits. She truly listens to your concerns and creates a personalized treatment plan that makes you feel confident in your care. The office atmosphere is warm, clean, and inviting, and the staff are equally friendly and helpful. Plus, her wonderful dogs, Pip and Sully, make every visit even more special—their friendly presence adds such a comforting and joyful touch to the whole experience. “I'm so happy to have found Karen at Connection Chiropractic in Stratford. I will happily drive there, from London! I've been able to go for DAILY walks with no pain. Karen is very kind and responds with precision when l explain what my issues are. Erin, the receptionist has been wonderful, too. “Dr. Karen and Erin are so welcoming and inviting! Within just a few weeks, Dr. Karen completely helped me with an issue I was having with my lower back. She’s even treated my dachshund, who was made to feel comfortable (and spoiled with treats!). The clinic has such a great vibe—you’re guaranteed a good laugh every visit (especially if you follow their social media). And if you’re lucky, you’ll even be greeted by Dr. Karen’s adorable dogs, Sully & Pipa. I can’t recommend them enough. “Where do I even begin with the quality and compassion that is Connection Chiropractic? I’ll start with the incredibly warm greeting you get the moment you walk in the door, the four legged friends Pippa and Sully guide you through the front foyer where you are greeted with the relaxing smell of Orange, Ho wood and Patchouli – A Saje Wellness blend©. Erin and her smiling face is standing behind the desk… This woman is a wizard. You walk in and somehow, without even asking, she's got your whole life sorted. Book an appointment? She has you set up for weeks in advance. Need a copy of your receipt printed or emailed? She did that in her sleep 2 business days ago. Couldn’t sleep and need a coffee before work? Pretty sure she hand milked the cow to get the cream just right for your Nespresso Pod©. Once you’re comfortably seated in the waiting room, Erin will direct you to one of the adjustment areas. Then the magic happens… Dr. Karen Garner steps around the corner and will make all of your adjustment needs come true. Always a friendly greeting and a smile – even when she was going through a rough time (RIP red birks). She will adjust your back and neck SO good you genuinely could walk out of there as a new person.
