“I started physiotherapy with Anike in fall 2024 while seeking both treatment and a diagnosis for what turned out to be Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. From the start, she made me feel safe and believed, and she generously shared her extensive knowledge while tailoring treatment to my real-life needs and routines. I followed Anike through several clinics, including Confort Physio et Santé, which she owns. It has quickly become an exceptional place for private care for hypermobility disorders. I also saw Mélanie, the massage therapist, who was gentle, attentive, and very respectful. Her combination of massage therapy and osteopathy significantly relieved my lower back pain. The clinic is beautifully designed, quiet, sensory-friendly, and very accessible—right next to Snowdon metro with free parking and an elevator. Highly recommended.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend Anike! About a year ago when I had a recent diagnosis of hEDS, I was hesitant to go to another physio that would cause more pain than relief. But she calmed all of those worries immediately as she is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She helps me through excercise plans, manual therapy, and exploring any other factors that could be affecting my health. Strengthening and maintaining a hypermobile body is a journey and I'm very glad I found her and that we're working together on trying to help me live my healthiest life.”Read moreShow less

“Confort Physio et Santé is truly special. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and comfort of a space that has been so thoughtfully created—it’s a perfect reflection of Anike herself: strong, compassionate, and deeply committed to empowering others. As a women-owned clinic, they prioritize healing through movement in a way that feels safe, supportive, and encouraging. My sessions here have made a huge difference in my pain management and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a team that listens, uplifts, and genuinely cares, I couldn’t recommend Anike and her clinic more.”Read moreShow less

“Dear folks reading this review, If there was a 6 star, I'd give it! I'm super blessed to have this clinic in my life. The quality of care from the physiotherapy, massage, and oesteopathic treatments have been abosolute the key to helping me on my journey of recovery and self care. Their gifted hands are essential! They take the time to listen to you and ask the right questions to get to know you better. Slowly, one by one, I have also been bringing my family as well, and I am amazed at their trasformations. I have been to many clinics over the years, and this freshly renovated clinic itself is so sweetly adorned with beautiful cozy furniture, wide open spaces, huge windows, and plants everywhere. It truly feels like a home away from home. I also enjoy the tea and coffee too upon arrival or on my way out lol! There is also reserved parking! Such a bonus! I have been updated that there will be new services added very soon, i.e., ergotherapy, acupuncture, a dietitian and psychotherapy... I'll be the first in line to add some of these to my current treatments. This team has truly restored my faith in humanity. People who care literally down to the bone to go the distance, to give the best complete treatments one could receive. I wish you all the best in your healing journey. 🙏p.s. I don't have all the rooms in my photos... this just gives you an idea. I took these pics to send to my friend who I thought could use these services. The sun was coming down so it is not as bright as during the day. Still lovely 😊”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been seeing Anike for a little over a year now for my hyper-mobility and all the issues that come with it, and she’s honestly been such a huge help. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, curates exercises that feel accessible and has been such a steady support through all the ups and downs. I always feel heard and understood, which I really appreciate. Working with her has also made a noticeable difference in how I manage my symptoms and how confident I feel in understanding my body. I also recently started seeing the clinic’s massage therapist, Melanie, and she’s been wonderful too. She’s super gentle, really attentive, and her treatments feel tailored to what my body can handle. Which is hard to find with my conditions. I’m really grateful for both Anike and Melanie. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone dealing with hypermobility or chronic pain. They’ve genuinely made such a positive difference for me.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Anike for physio for a year now and she has utterly transformed my life. Never have I encountered a healthcare professional who was so patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to improving my quality of life. She is incredibly professional and a expert in the field of hypermobility. I have learnt so much about my body through her guidance. If you have hypermobility and are looking for someone to finally take you seriously and actually help you feel better, you need not look further. Confort Physio is for you. The space is accessible and beautiful and equipped with anything you might need. I'm so grateful that a place like this exists in Montréal.”Read moreShow less

My sessions with Anike were therapeutic in all senses of the word - we worked on the physical, of course, and yet I also learned a lot about myself through her thoughtful questions and genuine approach.
