Great place, pt was incredibly helpful for a range of issues, highly knowledgeable, and very adaptable to preexisting chronic conditions.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Fabio, my occupational therapist, who has truly been the best. From the very first session, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my needs, and always encouraged me to keep improving. His patience, kindness, and professionalism made every visit something to look forward to. He took the time to explain every exercise clearly and always adjusted the plan to match my progress. Thanks to his dedication and positive attitude, I’ve made real improvements and gained confidence in my recovery. It’s sad to see him leave the clinic, but I’m truly grateful for everything he has done for me. I wish him all the best in his next chapter — any patient who gets to work with him will be very lucky!

I had posted a review a few years ago (below). Editing my review to say that the stellar service from that clinic has continued. I've been working with David S. For close to 2 years and he has helped me come out of a tricky shoulder rehab with huge success. This guy is outstanding. It is clear that he cares so much about his patients. He listens, he documents all measurements and events, and adjusts treatment so skilfully. Blessed to have had him as my physio. The receptionist is also so courteous and pleasant. Great team! --- I have worked with two different physiotherapists (Erin Burns and Eric Ellemo) and both have been superb. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and they are athletes themselves and so they understand what it means to get a runner, swimmer or cyclist back in the saddle where they're happy. I highly recommend this clinic!

The entire staff, including reception, are so warm, welcoming and helpful. My experience at this clinic, with the physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, and massage therapist has been 10/10. My whole team was exceptionally skilled and intuitive and made me feel supported, encouraged and empowered throughout my recovery.

From the AMAZING receptionists to the practitioners on the floor, I can’t say enough wonderful things. I truly feel cared for at this location. I am pain free in ways I did not even know were hurting. Kind, caring, efficient. A true gem of a location!

Health system is terrible. If you're not seen by a doctor on time, it can be either too late, or you may not have any symptom at the moment you meet doctor leading to little to no treatment. Of course, doctors are nice *when you see them. Overall, it took me 13 months to see a specialist. I got an appointment after 6 months after another doctor referred me here, after a reminder when I mentioned that I am still in pain and I haven't received a call for appointment. Your tests, Xray, MRI may not be valid if over 6 months, so they may ask you to do test, xray before your appointment; which they would only tell you once you arrive at your appointment, an appointment may take 2 hours because of that. What is the point of doing the tests and images when patient doesn't have tge symptoms? Again, nothing against doctors or staffs. Health system is terrible, administrative process is ineffective lacking basic reasoning, wasting everyone's time.

If you hurt - do yourself a favour and just GO. I've been going to sessions for 3 months now, gotten so much better and I have had nothing but the BEST of care. Attentive and professional while being super friendly and welcoming. I would 300% (you heard the math!) recommend for any of your physical distress needs. I've been consulting with David Strenger and he's been top notch. Fight inertia! Don't wait for a year like I did - that was the dumbest thing ever when the solution was so simple. Just be good to yourself eh?

I went 4 times with no result. And he kept telling me that next time it'll be better and it seemed like he just wanted us to come for the money. Dan would do 30 minutes or 40 at the most and start helping his next client while we we're there waiting. We asked for a program to follow and instead hed give us one exercise that wouldn't help and tell us to come back in a week. Id watch as other people would start their session before us and still be worked with while we were "done".
