“Honestly, I live a little further out now and still go to this clinic for physio. The receptionists are very kinda, bilingual and there's a warmth from the people who work here, their site is simple to book your appointments with and they are adding many more services besides physiotherapy. “I had been doing physio at CBI for 11 months since I had my right humerus surgery. Nancy Carbone is my Physiotherapist and Mohammed-Atiq Ellahi is my occupational therapist. I have to say I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received at CBI. My therapists are truly professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me recover. They provided personalized treatment that made a real difference in my progress. I really appreciate everything Nancy and Atiq have done for me!!! The receptionists, Stela, Angela and Lena, are equally amazing, always friendly, caring and efficient. “I've been going to CBI Laval since about 18 months ago I have back, neck and shoulder issues, I was lucky to have Melina as my physiotherapist, she's great, friendly and professional, very knowledgeable of her profession and her care helps me keep going and she makes it all more bearable too. “The staff and service is amazing, I want to thank my physiotherapist Melina. She is super friendly, funny and very professional. I hurt my thumb and I was worried but thanks to her expertise and her precise treatments I returned to my work in 6 weeks. Melina pushed me to do my thumb exercises and it was all worth it at the end. You are the best Melina, and really appreciate everything you've done!
