“It was a very short visit - just getting a mouth guard fitted. She was phenomenal. I have always been treated very well there, given treats to take home. The whole staff is great. Been with them for about 5 yrs after my other dentist's busness burned down and he retired.”Read moreShow less

“Overall my experience has consistently been excellent at this dental office. I've never had any pain with any procedure. They are excellent at dealing with insurance issues and pretty caring in deferring payment until the insurance has been handled. The only thing I've noticed is that occasionally there can be a number of people involved in a procedure and sometimes the information about subsequent visit(s)/procedures may be poorly communicated due to thinking someone else has already related the procedure. I've also noticed a tendency towards encouraging people towards more expensive options without listing less expensive alternatives. I still have to list this as one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. The quality of service is second to none, the people are all the best you'll find anywhere, they remember your name, and there is generally a feeling that they truly care about a patients' experience. My only comment is to make sure that you communicate well and ask them about what will be happening and options that are available for your procedures. They will always go into detail if you ask questions because they want patients who are well informed.”Read moreShow less

“I am new to Concept Dental. From the minute I booked my appointment with Susan I felt like I’d been going there for years!! They all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. When I met Dr. Rickard he made me feel a lot more confident about my teeth, after being told by a previous dentist “ he couldn’t do anything that I should let my teeth fall out” now Dr Rickard has made a plan for what we can do. I am so grateful. I had my teeth cleaned by Karen, she was amazing and gentle, she even took the time to explain my X-rays with me. “McKenna was fantastic, She used warm water on my sensitive teeth, suggested a desensitiser gel on two teeth to help with an issue, and then provided a warm facecloth to remove the spatter while she cleaned my glasses.
