“I got an appointment on the same day ! I needed an eye exam and glasses immediately as my only working pair broke at work ! I was greeted by the sweetest staff, Taetem, Rita, Jamie and Sukh!! Walking in I didn’t want to look by myself, that’s something you need opinions on, the girls jumped in like we were friends and immediately gave me opinions, grabbed different styles, colors and we laughed the whole time. They were professional, kind, respectful and made the entire process so quick and easy. They even let me borrow a pair until my new ones are ready. “Excellent care from the doctors and clinical team very professional and knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. However, the front desk staff could definitely benefit from some improvement in bedside manner and customer service. “Was there for an emergency appointment and seen Dr. Bagga (not my usual Dr) and also had to bring my toddler son with me. Lets just say my son was not having it and not just Dr. Bagga, the staff were so accommodating, though I was profusely apologizing, they reassured me and even tried to help calm my son down. Ive been going here since I was a kid and will continue to go here, not just for the service but for the staff. It was very rare to see and Im incredibly grateful. “Excellent service from everyone, the front desk, thd technician, and the doctors. Everyone's been amazing to our entire family. My son wears glasses and contacts, he also has permanent nerve damage to his eyes. The staff at Complete Eye Care have been kind, compassionate, helpful, courteous and supportive. “Best place to take your kids to try contact lenses! The instructor Amy was a delight! My daughter felt to at ease and she was so encouraged even when she was frustrated. You can tell how much the staff care. $70 bucks was a bargain for the appointment.”
