“The staff working there is nice but, the Main therapist lady is extremely RUDE, she thinks ppl are there to ask her for a favour. She talks to clients on a rude and abrupt manner. A terrible experience.”

“My mom just had the worst experience ever. She has been coming to this clinic before, her English is not that well so anytime there was any documentation that needed signature they would allow her to bring it home for one of us to help her with the translation. Well, last week she was not only refused to take the questionnaire home, but she was almost forced to sign it on the spot with the receptionist saying “or call your son and get him to help you over the phone”. She was so rude to the point that my mom started crying. When I came to the clinic, she would not even let me look at the document myself, she would take the paper away from my hands every time I tried to read the back. Her lack of professionalism and empathy had made my mom decide to go somewhere else despite the amazing nurse.”Read moreShow less
