“After I had already paid, the receptionist told me that I needed to pay a tip. Tips should always be optional and left to the customer’s discretion. Being told to pay one after completing my payment made me feel uncomfortable and pressured.”

“I had a foot and body massage done by Mack and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and nice to talk to, dealt with the body pain issues I was having and even taught me some mandarin. I’m sad I don’t live closer but will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.”

“I come pretty regularly to this location Comfort Zone and always have a great experience. I’ve also reffered many friends who love it as well. I often try to request Mia, Julia, and Emma — they’re amazing. Even when I walk in and can’t request someone specific, everyone I’ve had has been great. The staff and reception are very friendly, and the place is always clean. Highly recommend! :)”

“Front desk reception isn’t the most friendly. But my mom and I had wonderful experience. We got the foot, neck and shoulder massage. Henry and Emily were fantastic, thorough, and very professional.”

“I’m not sure what has changed with Comfort Zone, but over the past year all three locations seem to have declined significantly. I’ve been a client for approximately four years and have visited all three locations. The Kennedy location used to be my go-to; however, due to low wages, two of my favourite therapists left to work elsewhere, which was disappointing. At my most recent visit to this location, the experience was far below expectations. The receptionist was cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I was initially placed in the wrong room. While mistakes can happen, this was particularly frustrating because when booking my appointment, I clearly explained that I was coming in due to an injury. Unfortunately, those instructions were completely ignored. The massage itself was also very disappointing. The therapist (Emily) appeared inexperienced, moving from area to area without focusing on any one spot for more than a few seconds. While I normally appreciate strong pressure, it was applied directly to bones rather than muscles for the majority of the session, which was uncomfortable and ineffective. Overall, this visit fell far short of the standard.”

“great pricing and amazing service! we basically didn’t pre book and they took us in and had us seated in less than a minute! i don’t usually feel comfortable with male providers in general but mark was so professional and felt like my own personal chinese medicine man who pin pointed my knots and lymphatic drained me better than i’ve had in so long! great work Mark, I hope you are recognized more for your great effort!”

“Michelle gave me the most superb massage I’ve had in years. I arrived in a ton pain and felt so much better after the treatment. The massage bed was also the most plush and comfortable I’ve ever experienced, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. My only note is that the front desk person could be a bit friendlier.”

“My friends and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are friendly and the particular masseuse I had paid special attention to the areas I pointed out. We were offered a drink when we sat down, and the room looked and smelled nice. Everything started and ended on time. We had a great time and left super relaxed. I will be back !”
