“This was honestly the worst massage experience I’ve had in years. The therapist showed a clear lack of basic technique. There was almost no proper pressure, and much of the time it felt like she was just gliding over the surface instead of working on the muscles. When I asked for more pressure, it became rough in the wrong way—pinching skin and pressing directly on bones, which caused pain rather than relief. The communication was also highly unprofessional. She said things like “next time you should find a male therapist because they are stronger” and “my body weight is light, so this is all the strength I have.” If someone cannot physically provide the service properly, they should not be offering it. Suggesting the customer should go find someone else is not acceptable. There was also an issue with the session time. The massage started around 18:55, and at 19:56 she said she had to leave because it had “gone on too long.” This is unreasonable, as that is exactly the normal duration of a one-hour session. What disappointed me the most was how this was handled by the front desk. After explaining everything, the only response I received was: “We will pass this feedback to the therapist.” No apology, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue. “I had a very relaxing experience at this foot spa. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive. The massage was thorough and soothing. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the music was only in the waiting room couldn’t really hear it in the room I was in. what I could hear was loud talking and loud phone ringing which took away from my relaxing moment. “I came here to visit family and we decided to go get a foot massage before we head back to the US. This is me and my family’s second time here. The foot massage was amazing. We did one hour foot massage. Because we have three ppl so we had a room to ourselves. They did 10 min shoulder and neck and then the rest was foot. My masseuse (which was a lady) had the strength of 10 men! She knew where to focus on and helped me to loosen my knots. She applied the right amount of pressure and really helped me to relax. “This was my first time to have foot massage in the Markham area. I was happy to find this place. The receptionist was helpful and she helped to arrange a private room for our party of 5. Each of us tried the combo: foot massage 45mins + neck & shoulders massage 15mins for C$58 plus tips. I must say all their massage therapists were really good and professional. They were skillful and know exactly what to do. The shop was clean and the ambience was relaxing. We enjoyed our massage there very much.
