“Where do I even start? Maybe bullet point? I have so much to say! General: Connie is so warm and kind. She has lovely, honest energy that immediately made me feel comfortable in her presence. Education: Connie has so much experience, education, and knowledge. She is taking her experience, strengthening it with new training around new things that come out, as well as educating. With this mix, she is truly the best resource and ally to have. We went through so many questions and colour facts while she explained to me multiple things. I learned so much about my own hair. And about why my current colour was fighting with me. Dedication: She wants your full story. Don’t skip anything! Tell her what you know, what you want, what you don’t want. She will ask you, and she will listen to exactly what you say. I never felt like it I was just another client and this was just another appointment. I felt special, like she really was personal and took the time, and like she wanted this to be done right the exact way I wanted it to be. She made sure I felt heard. Time: She took her time. I REALLY mean this. I was nervous about bleaching damaging my hair, about going too dark in colour, etc etc. She was patient, slow and steady, kept checking and making sure I was good and that everything was processing well (No damage to my hair, etc). She updated me with her thoughts and what she was thinking and doing as we were doing it. I loved this because it made me feel comfortable after having some bad hair experiences in the past. I felt the price was very fair for what I received. She really took a lot of her time on me and stayed late (due to the fact I forgot to book a hair cut and full colour and only booked one service!! Oops). She did all 3 services for me even with my silly mistake and I left with hair I love. She didn’t get me to come back, she said, let’s do it now! And I really appreciated that! I have never known anyone to really dedicate time to a hair service like this. I took a chance with Connie, and this one visit now will make me her returning client!”
