“I called to inquire about tax clinic and arranging an appointment for my parents. I was forwarded to one of the organizers who had an extremely dismissive, rude, and demeaning attitude. It was not a gentle, patient and kind you would expect from a neighborhood house. As an English speaking person inquiring receiving this attitude, I am in no way comfortable letting my parents go through the same (or worse). “Thomas Tsang the coordinator on Sunday is one of the kindest and caring person I have ever met. He guided us well how to book the courts and also helpful with any questions we have . Just amazing. They can add more badminton sessions if possible.”

“Youth session badminton is really just full of adults. Theyre always taking up space. They have their own session, but theyre so greedy that they have to take our session and play theirs. Theres more adults than youth every single week. This event is terribly managed and Im disappointed. “My son and I went to Collingwood to get assistance regarding affordable housing. Our first meeting was excellent. However, the gal that helped us never got back to me, when I called her several times. I found out from one of her assistants, that our applications for BC Housing needed more information, and hadn't been sent to BC Housing. This was months after our meeting, and if I hadn't phoned to speak to the gal who initially met us, would our applications still be in her office somewhere? I left a message for the supervisor of the gal who met my son and I, as I still have not heard from anyone. I have not heard from this supervisor, and it has been many weeks.”Read moreShow less
