“I had an amazing experience at Impact Health Cold Lake! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, especially Joshua, made me feel so welcome and at ease. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. This was my first time trying physiotherapy, and Raechele was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided a treatment plan tailored to my needs. I already feel a difference after just one session!
