“Coastal Physio has made such a difference in my life. I truly can't say, in written words, how much both Steve and Colleen have improved my physical, & ultimately my mental, life. Wow!!! Both work with my other professionals (incl. family Dr & trainer....etc). They care and want to make a difference to endure I am better. I have had several physical challenges, including a broken ankle that was shattered, and I would not be walking with confidence or stability without the two of them. Plus my Shoulders and low back have been incredibly improved (no pain now) with IMS and attention from Steve. Colleen with the Physio Palates Rehab have allowed me to walk with stability. “I saw Thomas Roundhill for a few weeks for a broken and sprained ankle and found his manual manipulation, IMS treatments and take-home stretches and exercises to be highly effective for the pain management and for helping me regain mobility as quickly as possible so I could get back to work/life. The front end staff were always attentive and professional and appointment reminder calls helped me stay on top of my appointments. The facility is clean, well equipped and comfortable. “Did not explain their fee schedule for massage therapy sessions before services, It left me with a larger bill than I reasonably expected to pay given my coverage.
