“First time getting a massage and I’m so glad I tried it! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel comfortable. and explained everything. My therapist, Marcia, was professional, explained everything and really listened to what I needed. The pressure was perfect and the room was so relaxing. I walked out feeling less tense and honestly like a new person. “Last year, I had problems with mobility due to my plantar fasciitis, then my hip problem. Carly helped me alot. She listened, gave the right treatment, gave me exercises that helped. The best part, she didn't rush me, i felt i was really taken care of. I felt better with mobility after the shock wave, the ultrasound therapy which helped. I was able to walk and free from pain after few sessions. 2 months ago, i was busy taking care of mom. I was in pain again. Sadly, Carly doesn't work here anymore. They only have male as PT 😔. I went to other PTs but they do more on massages and acupuncture. Other places was not clean, smelled, i was rushed. Even i ask for treatments like Carly did, this PT said they don't do shockwave etc., it is only temporary of pain relief. I tried there treatment for 1 month, i'm still in pain until this day. I decided to call Coast Therapy again and finally they have a female PT now. I hope she will be able to help me with my pain, will listen also and not rush me.
