“A good choice for a new small business, but functionality soon starts wearing a little thin as your business begins to scale. Almost zero development of new features. No dev blog or feature roadmap, or at least not that I've seen. Zero engagement with users about features and improvements. Requests for new features go nowhere. UI/UX is old and very clunky in places. Hopelessly outperformed by other companies providing the same service. It has served its purpose, but I am now in the process of testing its replacement.”Read moreShow less

“I'm on the fence about recommend or not - I'd recommend on the basis of what it generally does but the UI is so cumbersome and the number of confused emails I get from customers about the same issues over and over again are such a waste of time and energy that it's almost not worth using anymore. The fact that there's a difference between a customer subscription and customer "account" and the lack of intuitive flow in order to create passwords and actually, well... schedule anything except along some kind of narrow logic that maybe a robot could use, having customers "look up codes" instead of just letting them make a password so they can sign in and schedule... it's exhausting and I recommend looking for anything else.”Read moreShow less

“Pretty disappointed. I dropped in to look for some repairs to be done to my wife's sports car seat. Young lady that came out to look was very helpful and very friendly. After taking some photos and giving some advice, she said she would get her boss to call me. No return phone call, so I called them again a couple days later and left a message, again asking for a call back. And again no call. I get that they might not want to do it as they're busy enough with the big jobs. But a return phone call saying no thanks would probably have been the better way to handle it. UPDATE: So after my post, Derek called me and to his credit, apologized and owned the mistake. He has suggested a fix that I will take to him shortly, so for now, and simply for his much improved communication, his company is up to 4 stars. After the work is done, we'll see about giving him the full 5. All in all, a much better experience.”Read moreShow less
