“If you're looking for an honest professional mechanic in the summerside area look no further. C&M Auto service is hands down the best place I have been from Halifax to PEI where I'm living currently. The customer service is amazing with Mike and the team making sure things get done right! “This was the third shop we tried, after the first two were too busy to get us in. Our car broke down while traveling the day before we were supposed to head home. They understand the situation and were able to squeeze us in. Super friendly and helpful! Overall accommodating and personable shop, went out of their way to get us on the road quickly. “Called these guys about a mysterious rear suspension creak that developed in my 2010 CR-V while we were staying on the Island in the midst of a cross-Canada road trip. Melissa was very accommodating and agreed to squeeze us in the next day, even though they were slammed with work. Before I took it in, I flushed a bunch of the dead bugs and red PEI mud off the car, and I must have knocked a clod of dirt in the undercarriage off that was causing the creak, because the noise disappeared. I took it in anyway however, and they ran it up on the lift, took a good look and confirmed that everything was okay. On top of all that, they flatly refused to accept any money. “I visited here today to change my transmission fluid, This guy told me that it doesn’t need any change and you are good to go. If I have gone to any other mechanic, he would have charged me $700 for that. Also ,he changed my front spring at a very affordable price.
