Earlier this year I developed a tendonitis/tendinopathy injury in my right wrist, to the point that even turning door knobs was painful. Not only could I no longer do my hobbies (rock climbing), but even everyday tasks had become difficult. Kaitlin developed a thorough treatment plan which included laser therapy, dry needling, and strengthening exercises. The exercises are accessible through an app which I found super useful as it helped to keep me accountable to myself and tracked and visualized the level of pain I was experiencing during the exercises. It was encouraging to see the progress I was making week to week. I am now back to being pain free and have started pushing myself in the climbing gym again, and everyday tasks are no problem. I would recommend Kaitlin to anyone considering getting physio treatment for an injury or pain.

I saw Kaitlin from January through March of this year and she was fantastic. I was having persistent pain in my left arm and my GP suggested physical therapy. I was sceptical as I had never had pt but my neighbour had told me of great results she and her daughter both had with Kaitlin. We tried a variety of treatments but dry needling really did the trick! Kaitlin was patient and really helped me through the process even as I became discouraged during those cold winter days. As well their online booking system made it very easy to book appointments around my work schedule! I would highly recommend Clover and would not hesitate to revisit if I ever require pt services. Thanks again Kaitlin!

I am so happy I decided to work with Kaitlin: she really is a one of a kind physiotherapist. I came to Clover Physiotherapy to target my jaw and neck pain/tension after seeing that they specialise in TMJ physiotherapy and the many amazing reviews. I second all of the wonderful reviews of this clinic. I have discussed my jaw pain with many dentists and physios, but never had results like I did with Kaitlin. She conducted a full assessment and provided me with personalised exercise plan to work on at home for my jaw, shoulders, and back. The exercises can be accessed via an app, which includes videos and reminders to practise. Kaitlin also recommended dry needling which has been truly life changing: it almost sounds unbelievable, but I was very lucky that after one treatment, my jaw feels brand new. Before this, I could not remember the last time my jaw did not click or have limited mobility. My RMT even commented on the drastic improvement! I never expected a 100% recovery, and so quickly. Of course, not everyone will have the same results, but I will definitely be recommending Kaitlin for physiotherapy and especially for TMJ dysfunction and dry needling. Kaitlin is now helping me to rehabilitate an old ankle injury and address muscular weaknesses that are likely contributing. I come to my sessions with an array of questions (and problems) to which Kaitlin always has an answer. I truly feel heard and supported. I'm truly grateful for Kaitlin's expertise, skill, and professionalism. The clinic is modern, bright, and clean, and all of the reception team are very pleasant. I never have any problems finding an appointment that works for me and they were able to direct bill my insurance. Clover is truly an amazing clinic for everyone, whether you have an injury, aches or pains, or to generally optimise your body. As a final note, I appreciate that Kaitlin did not pressure me to book a set number of appointments - for my needs, she recommended that I come as/when needed. I trust this clinic to put their clients first. Thank you, Kaitlin and the Clover team!

I am a professional dancer and I was having major pain in my right shoulder. With Kaitlin’s help in just 4 or 5 sessions my shoulder has been so much better and I couldn’t recommend her or her team more. Great staff, and Kaitlin was always there to help in any way.

As a runner, finding the right physio makes all the difference — and Kaitlin truly gets it. She helped me recover, move better, and get back to doing what I love with confidence. So knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging every step of the way.

After dealing with wrist pain for 6 months, I was amazed at how quickly Kaitlin helped to resolve it in just a few appointments. She and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing physiotherapist!

I had an amazing experience with Kaitlin treating my neck pain. The combination of exercises, targeted massage therapy and dry needling made a noticeable difference within weeks. The treatments were always professional and thorough. I believe that the dry needling, in particular, helped release deep tension that had been bothering me for months. In addition to being highly skilled, Kaitlin is also a very pleasant and kind person, which makes every appointment comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend Clover Physiotherapy to anyone with neck pain or muscle tension.

Clover is a great clinic. Kaitlin has helped me so much with my chronic pain, and I’ve noticed a huge difference since starting treatment. I always leave feeling much better, and the at-home program she created for me has been a really helpful way to keep working on my pain between appointments. She always answers my questions and it never feels rushed. You can book online, which I also appreciate. Would definitely recommend.

I was pretty broken when I first came to Kaitlin - dealing with multiple injuries in my back, shoulder, and hip flexors. Rather than just treating the symptoms, she focused on identifying and addressing the root cause. With a lot of patience, persistence, and dry needling, I’m now almost back to normal and exercising nearly pain-free. I’m still on my journey to full recovery, but Kaitlin has been instrumental in getting me on the right path. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and expertise.

I had never needed to see a physiotherapist until September 2025, after many weeks of nagging pain starting in my upper back and shoulders, then spreading through my neck and to the base of my skull. I could barely turn my head, and stretching no longer helped. While I still don’t know the exact cause, it was likely a combination of factors: being an awkward side sleeper, years of sleeping with stacked elevated pillows, and possibly lifting weights incorrectly. Otherwise, I eat well and walk a lot. I walk by the medical building at College & Bathurst regularly and had always noticed Clover’s sign out front (great local self-promotion), so I decided to book an appointment. Kaitlin was incredibly patient throughout the process. Between September and December we tried three different treatment approaches, and I’ve just completed what may be my final follow-up appointment in January. She also designed a light exercise routine and uploaded it to an app for ongoing maintenance. I made some changes on my end too - switching to one pillow and finding one that actually suits my body, and trying to sleep less on my left side and more flat on my back instead. I love the location, the brightness and cleanliness, and the bright, calming feel of both the office and treatment room. The reception staff is always welcoming and helpful. Most importantly, I feel about 98% better and can’t thank Kaitlin enough for her expertise, attentiveness, and for always listening to my concerns. I almost feel sad that our sessions have come to an end, but as she said that’s for all the right reasons.
