“I am truly grateful for Dr. Zhao! My son is 8 months old today, and this review is long overdue. I first visited Dr. Zhao after my initial IVF transfer failed. Following a thorough consultation, I began treatments with him. He supported me through the preparation for my second transfer, the day of the transfer, and a few months into my pregnancy. “There are no words to begin to describe how grateful my wife and I are for Mr. Zhao and his kind, thorough and attentive treatment while we tried to conceive our little miracle. After consulting with 2 fertility doctors who basically told us that our chances of getting pregnant was literally almost impossible, and that our IVF success rate would only be 10%, we decided after failing our one IVF coverage to try acupuncture treatment with Mr. Zhao. After only 3 cycles we got pregnant naturally!!! Mr. Zhao from the beginning showed us his complete attention, care, concern for our delicate situation, and with every session his attentiveness never faded. I really felt he was one of the few professionals I have seen during this fertility journey that really cared for our wellbeing and did everything he could to help us, which he did! We thank him for our beautiful baby to come and highly recommend him to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues! “I had a terrible experience with this acupuncturist. Not only did they book multiple people at the same time, leading to a chaotic and impersonal atmosphere, but they also displayed a clear lack of care for their patients. Throughout my appointment, it was evident that the practitioner was more focused on making money than on providing quality care. $90 for less than 30 minutes of acupuncture is ridiculous. Their rushed demeanor and lack of attention to my concerns left me feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I would strongly advise against seeking treatment from this acupuncturist if you value a patient-focused approach and a calming environment. [Updated] This happened last Thursday. “After years of trying to conceive, we decided to turn to IVF and to maximize my chances, I started acupuncture with Dr Zhao in Dec 2022 before and throughout the process. Our first and only IVF cycle resulted in the birth of a healthy baby earlier this month 🙏🏽 The weekly acupuncture sessions I had were definitely instrumental in the success of the process (egg quality, success of transfer and implantation, stress and anxiety, and so on). “Since we started our fertility journey, every month we went through a cycle of hoping-waiting-dismayed, which was very distracting. We experienced one time unsuccessful IUI and two times unsuccessful IVF transfers. We were so frustrated and we didn't even know where was the problem. Fortunately, we met Dr. Zhao. His professionalism and patience rekindled our hope. Under the fertility acupuncture treatments prescribed by him, after 1 cycle, I became pregnant naturally (actually we planned to continue IVF since we still have frozen embryos)! “I would highly recommend Sino clinic. Frank is very professional and courteous, he treated my daughter for health issues that has been on going for the past 2 years. We have been going to see him once weekly then gradually once every 2 week. Now, my daughters chronic pain has resolved.
