Until now, I had only done a basic fit at the shop when I bought it a few years ago, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from Monday’s session. “I had my bike fit done by Gabrielle on April 24, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend anyone who owns a bike regardless of their level or type of riding to go see her. A proper bike fit is so underrated, and I can’t stress enough how important it truly is. There’s a huge difference between a standard bike shop fit and a professional fit done by a physiotherapist who specializes in cycling. While it may be more costly, it’s worth every penny. Gabrielle provided a fully customized fit based on my body and needs not just my bike. As someone new to the cycling world, Gabrielle made me feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. Before seeing her, I had a basic fit from the shop where I bought my bike. I used to experience a lot of lower back pain and felt like cycling just wasn’t for me. But after my appointment at PhysioVélo, it’s truly night and day. “Excellent service, really had a great time with Christina and Guillaume. They know what they are talking about. Bike fitting is not only fitting your saddle heights. It comes with a lot of adjustments based on your physiology. Really love the experience. Will definitively go back. I strongly recommend visit for a bikefit or physio treatment. They also have saddle in stock so if you want to try or buy a new one it comes handy. Finally they also, they offer a very good coffee which was really appreciate.”
