“I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Their appointment reminders and confirmation are very efficient, the people at reception are very pleasant and efficient, there's no waiting for a long time when calling, parking is easy to find, and my therapist Ariane is the best! Very professional, friendly, a keen sense of observation as to my posture to assess my progress, listens attentively and has the healing hands of an angel. “Hi, my name is Jessica A. Fox; I had a minor work injury that became serve due to Dr. orders not being followed by my work location. This is important because I have my own writing company too, and my hand started to get numb, and I lost my ability to write without pain. Within the first week of Physio, I was able to hold a pen comfortably. Within the second week, I was writing. My 9/10 pain also became a 7/10 and occasionally 9/10 if I made big unexpected moves. However, for the majority of my day, I was pain-free. Other issues arise due to this injury, but they're working it to perfection. They're beyond professional and even answered my personal questions outside of my work injury and guided me outside CNNEST Services. I am more than comfortable recommending them: I kept saying I think I am ready for work, and they said wait... I am happy they did because I wasn't fully prepared when I said I was. “Fantastic clinic! After hurting my back over 2 months ago, I had to find a physiotherapist. I was quickly seen by Vanessa and been having a great experience since. The clinic is well organized, extremely convenient to where I live and very flexible. I’ve never been turned away due to a scheduling issue or a last minute change.
