“Update 30/05/2024: To transport something you first have to collect something but the ´blood collection ´ is not in the description on the form. My insurance I guess would have no problem covering this, but with current misleading description it doesn’t. Why can’t you describe properly on the insurance form the job you’ve done? Original: Staff is nice, the one who’s responsible for blood sampling. The receptionist though is responsible for me & my wife losing money because she sent 2 times incorrect forms for our insurance. We had blood sampling at the clinic, which is covered by our insurance, but the receptionist sent the forms describing the procedure as «transportation of biological material» which of course is not covered and is simply misleading. Can’t see any reasons to not describe the procedure we had in a more straightforward way. If you want me to fix the rating please reply to this so we may contact elsewhere.”

“CMI web site has lots of details about concussions and physio therapy treatment, but when I called the Longueuil clinic I was told they do not specialize in physio therapy for concussions. A waste of time”
