“I sought out this clinic specifically for their specialized pediatric care after noticing my 4-month-old had developed plagiocephaly. Through a thorough assessment, they identified underlying torticollis and found his head asymmetry was in the moderate to bordering severe range, meaning a helmet could potentially be recommended if we didn’t intervene. Our physiotherapist, Josée Couture, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She carefully demonstrated exercises to improve his mobility, using engaging toys that my baby absolutely loved. We were also sent home with clear exercises to continue his progress. I especially appreciated how meticulously the clinic sanitized all toys and treatment areas between clients. Thanks to their guidance and conservative treatment approach, by 6 months old his plagiocephaly had improved to the mild range, and we were able to graduate from physiotherapy without needing a helmet. We are so grateful for the care we received and for the difference it has made. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent seeking pediatric physiotherapy services. Thank you!
