“You keep waiting waiting waiting and waiting there for your appointment. They dont even deserve 1. I will change my clinique now cause it keeps happening. I have no family doctor so 811 was sending me evertytime here but seriously the worst clinique ever.”

“unprofessional staff, they lost my tests, called me in for another appointment with only the ultra sound, which told me nothing, basically could have been a phone call, for another 100 bucks. Refused to refund me for the missing tests. 540 bucks spent on this with no answers, and missing tests. This place is a scam, avoid.”Read moreShow less

“I’m deeply upset and disappointed by how my family member was treated at this clinic. The receptionist spoke to her in an extremely rude and disrespectful way, and even booked an appointment for her without asking or confirming anything. When she called to understand what was going on, the receptionist yelled at her over the phone and even threatened her. My family member is already struggling with depression and sees a psychologist at this same clinic. Instead of kindness or understanding, she was met with aggression and hostility. After that call, she felt horrible — it really broke her down emotionally. No one, especially someone already dealing with mental health challenges, should ever be treated this way in a healthcare setting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and heartbreaking. I truly hope the clinic management takes this seriously and does something about it.”Read moreShow less

“Rude receptionist. Irresponsible internal specialist. My family doctor contacted me after four months because the specialist had never shared the results. The clinic finally sent them after five months—but only after I made several phone calls, sent emails (which went unanswered), and eventually had to go in person. Unfortunately, just a few days after receiving the results, I experienced a serious health issue directly related to the condition for which I was originally referred to the internal specialist. “My dad’s appointment was at 1:40pm, I am presently still here. Waited 3+ hrs. The clinic is presently closed. The receptionist doesn’t seem too professional at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!
