“I’ve always felt a lot of anxiety around dentist appointments, so finding out I had an infected and impacted wisdom tooth was like my worst fear coming true. I was extremely nervous and bracing for the worst—but to my surprise, the whole experience was so much better than I expected. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive every step of the way. Before I knew it, the procedure was over! They also gave me great advice and encouragement for the healing process. I’m truly grateful and will definitely be coming back for future appointments. “My teeth are in bad shape and I have not properly smiled in years. As you can imagine, this has huge impacts on my mental health. After reading the reviews, I was excited to give Clinique dentaire Rosemont a try due to its respectful and judgement-free policy and get my teeth fixed. I was also quite excited because they had quite modern equipment. The service I received for an evaluation was beyond disrespectful, it was extremely insulting. I was shamed for my teeth although I am already ashamed of them. I don't have dental insurance, so my parents were helping me pay because they want to see me smile again and both the dentist and the dental hygienist made fun of me for being unable to pay for their services and needing my parents help. Seriously, they were just disrespectful and insulting. Absolutely zero empathy. I felt like they just want your money. My teeth are still unfixed and I still struggle to smile. I am looking for a dentist who will empathize with my problems because Clinique dentaire Rosement really destroyed any excitement I had to get my teeth fixed. Who even makes fun of clients? I came here to get better. My whole experience made me question the authenticity of this clinic's good reviews. I also wonder if being a minority had any influence in the service I received. I do not recommend going there unless you already have perfect teeth to begin with because they just want to make quick money off easy teeth cleanings. Any other operation is too much of a challenge for them and they will insult you until you change dentists. That's how they keep their modern equipments shiny and new, I'm sure.”Read moreShow less

“As someone who's had multiple negative experiences at dentist offices in the past, I can honestly say that my anxiety on this subject has been cured after today's emergency visit to Clinique Dentaire Rosemont! At every interaction (from the original phone call, through the procedure and finally to the farewell) the team received me with care and put me at ease. They took the time to explain (bilingually and without any issues, *note worthy*!!!) each step of the process and to ensure I was consistently comfortable. There was never any pressure at any point; their clear communication invited me to make an informed decision and the team acted swiftly and efficiently to resolve the emergency. The environment is elegant and tidy, well-equipped, and the medical plan provided for my child is also very effective.
