“I had a bad experience with the clinic’s administration. The receptionists assured me that my insurance would cover everything and that I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. However, they used the wrong billing code, which resulted in my insurer denying the reimbursement this morning. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and proper verification on their part. On the other hand, the doctor and their assistant were very kind, attentive, and competent during the treatment. It’s unfortunate that the administrative side spoiled the overall experience. I hope the clinic will improve its billing processes to prevent this kind of issue for other patients.””
